Beijing Municipal State Education Commission case analysis |

Beijing Municipal State Education Commission has 19 subordinate County Education Departments, 14 directly managed units and 18 directly subordinate units. In order to practically promote a transformation in methods of delivering education and to reduce conference time, Beijing municipality decided to establish a city-wide educational visual communication conference system. The aims were to reduce expenditure and increase efficiency.
AVCON's independently developed video conferencing system, with its superior sound and video, its powerful functionality and its broad compatibility and easy expandability obtained the approval of the municipal State Education Committee in Beijing.
